NOVARA

COMMERCIAL DENSITY OUTSIDE TOWN A5 IN CORSO VERCELLI

This area is situated about 10 km from the motorway exit of Vercelli East A26 Genoa-Gravellona Toce, and respectively about 8 km from the exit of Novara West and 13 km from the Novara East exit on the A4 Turin-Milan motorway, and is directly connected to the Novara ring-road and to the Provincial Road 11/R Upper Padana.

The “free” part of this installment is mostly commercial, and for a small percentage productive.  It is situated along the axis Corso Vercelli to Novara , traditionally the connecting artery with the west and radial with the Vercelli territory, and which is already occupied by numerous, important economical activities.

This is a commercial A5 density area, which conforms to the regulations in force, having already had the Province’s approval, with precise indications for the resolution of the roadways.

The existent productive areas and new plants, interposed by commercial destinations, have been classified by the new PRG as “existent internal productive”, meanwhile the agricultural areas on the opposite northern side of the road axis have been transformed into Productive areas within the project, submitted to the estimated approval of the Executive Urban Instrument (SUE).
